ODE SeaVegetables offers a range of products from Salicornia FreshTips to Kelp Chips. ODE SeaVegetables is growing these delicacies in cooperation with the local fishing and farming communities along the coastal stretch of Baja California.

Salicornia FreshTips are only sold to wholesalers in Europe. Through them Salicornia FreshTips are distributed to gourmet restaurants, grocery stores and super markets. If you acquired a taste for it, just ask for Salicorna from Mexico in your local grocery store (in Dutch: Zeekraal uit Mexico).

KelpChips are made of kelp harvested along the shores of Baja California. Local bakeries are producing this salty delicacy before they are shipped to Europe. Orders (bags of 1 kg minumum) can be placed through OceanDesertFood Customer Service.
