Objectives

The final objective is, to develop a replicable model for relatively small scale energy production (1-20 MW), including both the production of biosaline feedstock, and the installation of an energy plant able to use biosaline biomass for electricity production.

The plan starts with a viability study for a 1000 hectares Biosaline Agroforestry Project in the State of Harijana. This should lead to a business case, indicating the way to the next step, a business plan, including financing of the project. The project is ready for implementation when sufficient villages in the selected area(s) are ready to cooperate and funds (subsidies and investors) are found to finance the project.
