Mexican saline agronomist meets Dutch salicornia growers

Jose Ramon Noriega, biosaline agronomist and partner of OASE and Ocean Desert Enterprises in Mexico, visited The Netherlands to discuss upcoming activities and to meet the Dutch Salicornia business. In meetings with clients and distributors the production and further development of the Mexican Salicornia was discussed. Among others he also had the opportunity for an inspiring discussion with Salicornia (in Dutch: Zeekraal) producers in Zeeland (The Netherlands). Here Jose Ramon is discussing the growth of Salicornia on the seawater irrigated fields of Jan Polij in Kruiningen.
